  • Administer Skills Assessment.

4. Hiring Stage:

  • Conduct Background Checks
  • Conduct Reference Checks
  • Offer Negotiation and Acceptance
  • Hire Date Confirmation
  • Onboarding Begins

5. Post hire:

  • Monitor the performance of the employee and measure the stability of the employee to reduce the turnover rate.
  • Replacement of staff who proved to be not qualified during the first three months.
  • Replacement of employees who are resigned or violated the rules.
  • Provide monthly and annual reports on employee performance.
  • Suggest suitable training courses.
