3. Evaluation:
- Present Candidate Slate to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate Interview Scheduling with Candidate & Project Manager.
- Prep HM with Interview Questions and Evaluation.
- Post Interview Debrief with Project Manager to Select Final Candidate.
- Administer Skills Assessment.
4. Hiring Stage:
- Conduct Background Checks
- Conduct Reference Checks
- Offer Negotiation and Acceptance
- Hire Date Confirmation
- Onboarding Begins
5. Post hire:
- Monitor the performance of the employee and measure the stability of the employee to reduce the turnover rate.
- Replacement of staff who proved to be not qualified during the first three months.
- Replacement of employees who are resigned or violated the rules.
- Provide monthly and annual reports on employee performance.
- Suggest suitable training courses.
